I feel like this 2012 spring weather has been perfect for the start of the growing season. Am I right?

And say hello (and goodbye) to our first harvest. A few weeks ago I pulled, and promptly roasted, two rows of radishes to share with friends at a potluck hosted on our patio.
The greens roasted to a crispy finish, very similar to the ubiquitous kale chips. And the slight spicy bite of the radishes tempered into a juicy sweetness. Absolutely stunning. I’ll share the recipe tomorrow.
We’re well on our way to a great harvest this year.
