Soft pretzels.

Sunday’s final homemade treat was heart-shaped soft pretzels. I made these by following the Alton Brown recipe, subbing 100% white whole wheat flour for the all-purpose flour.

They were easy to make and DELICIOUS!

Next I will have a go at Alton Brown’s hard pretzel recipe. Maybe tomorrow when Mom comes to visit!

(And peeps with header-viewing issues. Is it showing now?)
